Why we built Knock
Small businesses often run subscriptions out of a spreadsheet: who pays what, when the next invoice is due, which GST rate applies. It works until it does not, and then someone spends a weekend reconciling.
Knock is our answer: one place for products, plans, quotes, subscriptions, recurring invoices and payments, with a customer portal and an AI teammate named Pip that does the busywork. It speaks GST and INR natively, because that is where we started.
Built for a hackathon
Knock started as a hackathon project. That shapes how we work: ship the real thing end to end, keep the scope honest, and say plainly what is not done yet. You can see what has shipped on the changelog and what is next on the roadmap.
What we care about

- Honesty: we say what works today and what is still on the roadmap.
