Subscriptions in Knock
A subscription ties a customer to a plan and a set of products. Knock moves it through Draft, Quotation, Confirmed, Active and Closed, and works out the next billing date from the plan, so nobody has to remember renewals.

Draft it
Pick a customer, a plan and the products. Unit prices default to the catalog price plus any variant extra.
- 02
Quote it
Send it as a quotation the customer can review. Nothing is billed yet.
- 03
Confirm and activate
Once agreed, confirm it. Activating starts the billing clock.
- 04
Bill and renew
Invoices are generated on each due date. Close the subscription when the relationship ends.
