What is MRR?
Monthly recurring revenue: normalised monthly value of subscriptions.
Definition
MRR sums the monthly equivalent of all active subscriptions. It excludes one-off fees and taxes. Track its movements: new, expansion, contraction and churned.
Example
Ten customers on a 5,000 monthly plan and two on a 12,000 annual plan give MRR of 52,000.
